Consulting Studies
Engineering Expertise Applied Worldwide
Throughout the quarter, DuneFront supported operators across multiple regions on complex sand control projects. Our consulting studies combined engineering expertise and advanced modeling to support informed decisions and better operational outcomes.
Real-Time Execution Support: from Planning to Execution
This quarter, DuneFront provided real-time monitoring and predictive analysis for two gravel pack operations in Southeast Asia. By comparing live treatment data with multiple simulation scenarios, our engineers assessed downhole conditions, supported operational decision-making, and helped maintain pressures below fracture limits while achieving efficient gravel placement.
The close agreement between simulated and measured data reinforced the value of real-time engineering support.

A Quarter of Innovation, Integrated Support, and Engineering Confidence
During the first quarter of 2026, DuneFront continued to build momentum across consulting, software development, and industry engagement. Our team delivered several consulting studies while highlighting the latest capabilities of PackPro 2026 and the FluidPro add-on. Through conference participation and a well-received webinar, we reinforced our commitment to advancing sand control innovation and supporting clients with reliable, data-driven solutions.
As we continue to develop our software and expand our services, our focus remains on delivering practical innovation and measurable value to the global sand control community.
PackPro 2026 & FluidPro Add‑On
This quarter, DuneFront introduced PackPro 2026, the latest evolution of our sand control software. The new release features a modernized interface, improved performance, and advanced capabilities designed to enhance modeling accuracy while reducing engineering time.
Among the key innovations is FluidPro, a new add-on module for advanced modelling of fluid displacement, mixing, and non-uniform flow behaviour. In addition, OpsLink connects multiple operations into a continuous workflow, automatically transferring results between simulations to reduce manual setup and potential errors.
Together, these developments help engineers work more efficiently and make better-informed decisions from planning through execution. A key part of our ongoing sand control innovation strategy. Need to know more? Contact us!
Webinar: PackPro 2026 – Improving Accuracy, Efficiency and Confidence
To present these new capabilities, we hosted a technical webinar this quarter, showcasing the latest features and engineering improvements developed over the past year. As a result, you can explore how OpsLink and Custom Equations help reduce engineering time and improve modeling accuracy. Check the videos to see these features in action.

Consulting Studies
Our clients’ continued trust enables DuneFront to support efficient and reliable sand control operations. During the first quarter, several projects demonstrated how targeted modeling and engineering insight can address complex challenges.
Global support:
South America – AICD OHGP Design: Following new operational constraints, we updated a horizontal open-hole gravel pack (OHGP) design. We used sensitivity analysis to balance AICD coverage and gravel settling. As a result, the treatment was executed successfully, supporting reliable installation and long-term inflow control.
Southeast Asia – Tight Fracture Margin: For a shallow reservoir with narrow fracture-pressure margins, we developed a gravel-pack design, focused on safe execution. Consequently, the solution reduced fracture risk and improved confidence in a technically sensitive operation.
Asia Pacific – OHGP Evaluation: We evaluated a completed open-hole gravel-pack with a shunt system. We monitor job data, fluid behavior, and pumping stages. This approach helped identify the most likely scenario, providing clarity for internal decision-making.
Gulf of Mexico – Treatment Feasibility: For a tight-margin well, we performed sensitivity studies to assess gravel-pack feasibility, and potential wellbore strengthening requirements. This work supported a more informed and robust completion strategy.
Industry Conferences
DuneFront continues to actively engage with the sand control innovation community through key industry conferences and technical events.
During the conference, a technical paper developed with the University of British Columbia: “Beyond Plug Flow: Realistic Fluid Displacement Modelling for Sand Control Success”, demonstrated how advanced modelling with FluidPro improves the representation of fluid displacement and supports better sand control outcomes.
In addition, our exhibition booth provided an opportunity to connect with industry professionals, share insights, and present the latest developments in our engineering software.
Team growth
This quarter, we were pleased to welcome Dante Cerron and Anand Balasandran to DuneFront as Technical Sales Engineers. Their experience further strengthens our ability to support clients across key regions.
Our software team recently came together in Poland to advance the next phase of PackPro 2026 and the FluidPro module.
Building on our strategic direction, the team aligned on key developments from more connected workflows and new engineering capabilities in PackPro to continued improvements in FluidPro for more realistic fluid displacement and modeling accuracy.
Guided by our core values of Quality, Efficiency, and Excellence, this work ensures that every development translates into practical value, supporting more informed engineering decisions.
Beyond the technical progress, the meeting also reinforced what drives it: strong collaboration across teams.
As reflected throughout this update, progress at DuneFront is built on connection, between people, technologies, and ideas, as we continue to evolve our solutions with a clear focus on impact.
