A strong engineering solution is built through years of development, practical application, and continuous improvement. This quarter marked an important milestone in that journey as DuneFront® and PackPro® became registered trademarks across the UK, EU, and US. More importantly, this achievement reflects the continued growth of DuneFront and PackPro globally.

At the same time, it reinforces our commitment to delivering trusted engineering expertise and software solutions.

Throughout the quarter, we advanced our technologies, supported consulting projects, engaged with the industry, and helped clients navigate complex completion challenges.

👇 Here is a look at the highlights from Q2 2026.

PackPro & FluidPro Development

Advancing Connected Engineering Workflows

Earlier this year, our software team met twice in Poland to advance the next phase of PackPro and FluidPro development. The focus was clear: continue improving the tools engineers rely on while strengthening the connection between sand control design and advanced fluid-flow modeling.

Today, PackPro and FluidPro work together to support a more connected engineering workflow, helping users move seamlessly from design to advanced fluid-flow analysis within a familiar environment.

The video below highlights the current integration, while the developments that follow represent the next stage of our software evolution.

New Features to Come

Current development efforts are focused on expanding engineering capabilities, improving workflow efficiency, and providing greater flexibility for complex completion applications.

Key enhancements planned for upcoming releases include:

  • Diverter sub simulation in PackPro as an add-on module
  • Enhanced visualization and variable customization
  • Independent or linked temperature profiles across operations
  • Faster and more efficient data import capabilities

Together, these enhancements continue to advance the connected engineering workflows that help operators and service companies make better-informed decisions.

Engineering Expertise Applied Worldwide

Throughout the quarter, DuneFront supported operators across multiple regions on complex sand control projects. Our consulting studies combined engineering expertise and advanced modeling to support informed decisions and better operational outcomes.

This quarter, DuneFront provided real-time monitoring and predictive analysis for two gravel pack operations in Southeast Asia. By comparing live treatment data with multiple simulation scenarios, our engineers assessed downhole conditions, supported operational decision-making, and helped maintain pressures below fracture limits while achieving efficient gravel placement.

The close agreement between simulated and measured data reinforced the value of real-time engineering support.

Turning Engineering Challenges into Practical Insight: Q2 Webinar

This quarter, DuneFront hosted the webinar “Modeling Slurry Roping for Efficient Gravel Pack Execution” exploring how FluidPro helps engineers better understand slurry behavior and evaluate its impact on gravel pack performance.

The session demonstrated how advanced flow modeling can provide greater visibility into slurry placement, pressure response, and roping effects, helping engineers reduce uncertainty and make more informed design and execution decisions.

Moving Forward

As we look ahead, we remain focused on helping the industry make more informed engineering decisions.

Meanwhile, our teams continue to advance PackPro and FluidPro, support complex sand control projects, and share knowledge through consulting, training, and industry engagement.

Most importantly, we thank our clients and partners for their continued trust and collaboration.

If you have a sand control challenge, training requirement, or project you’d like to discuss, we’d be pleased to hear from you.
